ote Everything is a feature-rich notepad application for Android that enables you to create text, paint, voice, and barcode notes and organize them with folders, subfolders, priority ranking, and sorting options.
Text, Audio, Paint, and Photo Notes
Note Everything offers a plethora of options for creating notes and reminders. Draft traditional-looking text notes on a ruled screen resembling a 3″ by 5″ card. But instead of a clumsy handful of cards, the app places your notes on a single scrollable screen where you can customize the text and background colors. Record voice notes to yourself and reminders on the go, appending written notes, if you wish. Paint or doodle sketches, symbols, equations, cartoons, etc., onto a white “canvas” screen using the built-in brush and colorful palette. Create notes around scanned barcodes. You can even upload your completed notes to your calendar or Google docs, or share them via e-mail, Facebook, SMS, or Twitter.
Folders, Subfolders, Priorities, and Sorting
Organize your notes with folders, subfolders, priority rankings, and sequence sorting. Create folders easily by tapping the “plus” sign in the upper-right-hand corner of your screen. Long-tap on notes or folders to select them for moving, then open up the desired folder to paste the selected items there. Tap the “plus” sign again from within a folder to create a subfolder. Prioritize notes and folders with color-coded flags. If you wish, you can even customize the colors assigned to each priority in Preferences. Sort notes and folders alphabetically, by date created, date modified, priority ranking, type, or other parameters.
Secure Encryption and Recovery
Note Everything enables you to password-protect your notes quickly and easily with secure encryption. With the note open, press menu/more/encrypt and enter a password into the input box that pops up. Now a password is required to access that note. You can also decrypt the note at any time. With the note open, press menu/more/decrypt to remove password protection.
With Note Everything, you can even restore accidentally deleted notes. Just open up the app’s recycle bin, tap and hold the desired note, and pick a destination folder in the option box that pops up.
