Timed mode offers a slightly less frantic option, but still gives you a time limit to keep you on your toes.
Survival mode is more relaxing. You’ll lose health points for mismatches, and gain them for fresh matches, but there’s no pressure, you can take your time.
Basic mode is ultra relaxed and simple. Just match the entire board. Try for the best time and the lowest number of moves.
