Reclaiming Vitality: A Healing Journey Through Chronic Fatigue and Burnout
Do you suffer from seemingly insurmountable fatigue that has gone unexplained despite consultations with medical professionals and multiple diagnoses? Are you fed up and looking to get to the root of the issue? In Reclaiming Vitality: A Healing Journey Through Chronic Fatigue and Burnout, author Samantha Keen describes her process of recovery from Chronicle Fatigue Syndrome, burnout, and long Covid. In so doing, she draws a unique and oft-overlooked connection between fatigue-related conditions and subtle bodies or the energetic underpinnings of our vitality and consciousness.
Samantha uses case studies from her 20 years of private client work as an IST Practitioner, interviews with experts and people with CFS or burnout, as well as her own experience, to lay out principles that aid in the process of recovering permanently from these conditions and living a more fulfilling life. In particular, she explores:
- The relationship between consciousness and vitality
- How to balance activity and receptivity to nourish yourself
- The role of technology in propagating fatigue and how to relate to it differently
- The importance and role of willpower and wantings in recovery
- The power of truth
If you have been looking for hope even after being told that you have to learn to live with your condition, Reclaiming Vitality is for you.
